The Site gives general information about our custom home, home addition, and renovation services. Nothing on the Site is a quote, an offer, or a contract. Any estimate or construction work is covered by a separate written agreement between you and us.

Sending a form or request through the Site does not create a contract or guarantee that we will take on a project. Please give accurate information so we can respond to you.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

Program. Coastal Custom Homes SWFL Text Messages are sent by COASTAL CUSTOM HOMES SWFL LLC. There are two separate kinds of messages, and you choose each one with its own optional checkbox: non-marketing texts (estimate and appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, project updates, and responses to your inquiries) and marketing texts (promotions, offers, discounts, and updates).

Consent. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Rates. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply "STOP" to any text from us. After you send "STOP", we will send you one SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
